The Strong Angle is operated by AI Enhanced Scaling LLC (“The Strong Angle,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), in collaboration with Dr. Lyneil Mitchell, DPT and FyzioGym in Sarasota, Florida. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use thestrongangle.com and our related pages, tools, and membership (together, the “Services”), how we use it, and the choices you have.

By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Services.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact details — your name, email address, and phone number when you take the assessment, request an invite, opt in for the eBook, register for a live session, or contact us.
• Assessment responses — the self-reported ratings and answers you provide in the Strong Angle Assessment.
• Account & membership details — your membership tier, progress, community posts, and preferences.
• Payment information — if you purchase a membership, your card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your full card number.
• Communications — messages you send us and your responses to our emails or texts.

Information collected automatically

• Usage data — pages viewed, links clicked, and general activity within the Services.
• Device & log data — IP address, browser type, and device information.
• Cookies and similar technologies — see “Cookies & tracking” below.

2. How we use your information

• Deliver your assessment results, dashboard, courses, community, and other membership features.
• Create and manage your account and process membership payments.
• Send you service messages, results, reminders, and — where permitted — marketing about The Strong Angle. You can opt out of marketing at any time.
• Personalize content and recommendations.
• Measure and improve the Services, and analyze traffic.
• Protect the Services, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with law.

3. Cookies & tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to personalize content, run ads, and analyze traffic. These include:

• Essential — needed to log you in and keep the Services working (for example, your session).
• Analytics — to understand how the Services are used so we can improve them.
• Advertising — to measure and, where applicable, deliver relevant ads.

When you first visit, we show a cookie notice so you can accept or decline non-essential cookies. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie Preferences” link in the footer, or by clearing cookies in your browser. Declining does not affect essential cookies required to run the Services.

4. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the Services, with:

• Payment processing — Stripe, to process membership payments.
• Customer messaging & CRM — GoHighLevel / LeadConnector, to manage contacts and send email and SMS.
• Hosting & infrastructure — Netlify, which hosts the Services.
• AI assistant — Anthropic, which powers the Strong Angle AI feature when you use it.
• Embedded media — YouTube/Google, when videos are shown.
• Legal & safety — authorities or advisors when required by law, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Services.
• Business transfers — a successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

These providers are permitted to use your information only to provide services to us.

5. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can ask us to delete your information as described below.

6. Your rights & choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to opt out of certain uses. To exercise these rights, email us at gymfyzio@fyziogym.com. You can also:

• Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email, or reply STOP to text messages.
• Manage cookies via the footer “Cookie Preferences” link or your browser settings.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

The Services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Third-party links

The Services may link to third-party sites and tools we don’t control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
