These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of thestrongangle.com and our related pages, assessments, courses, community, equipment information, and membership (together, the “Services”), operated by AI Enhanced Scaling LLC (“The Strong Angle,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) in collaboration with Dr. Lyneil Mitchell, DPT and FyzioGym in Sarasota, Florida.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. By using them, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Your account

Some features require an account or membership access link. You’re responsible for keeping your access credentials and personal access links confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at gymfyzio@fyziogym.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Membership, billing & cancellation

• Plans. Paid memberships are offered in tiers described on our pricing page. Prices and features may change; changes apply going forward.
• Free trial. Paid plans may include a free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your membership converts to a paid subscription and the applicable fee is charged.
• Recurring billing. Memberships are billed on a recurring (e.g., monthly) basis through our payment processor, Stripe, until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize these recurring charges.
• Founding pricing. Promotional or “founding” pricing, where offered, applies as described at the time of purchase.
• Cancellation. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues through the end of your current paid period.
• Refunds. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we’ll review it in good faith.
• Taxes. Fees are exclusive of taxes where applicable.

5. The assessment & content

The Strong Angle Assessment produces a score and guidance based on the answers you provide. It is a self-reported, educational tool intended to help you reflect on and improve performance — not a diagnostic, clinical, or professional evaluation. Results depend on the accuracy of your inputs and are for informational purposes only.

6. Health, fitness & medical disclaimer; assumption of risk

The Services — including assessments, courses, coaching, community content, and information about equipment such as the UpSquat and related products — are provided for general educational and performance purposes only and are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare professional. No practitioner–patient relationship is created by your use of the Services.

• Consult a professional. Talk to your physician before starting any exercise program, using any equipment, or acting on any content, especially if you have an injury, medical condition, or are pregnant.
• Assumption of risk. Physical activity and the use of exercise equipment carry inherent risks, including injury. You participate voluntarily and assume all such risks.
• Stop if needed. Stop and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
• No guarantees. Individual results vary. We do not guarantee any specific outcome.

If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or emergency services immediately.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: break any law; harass, threaten, or harm others; post false, infringing, or harmful content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or others’ accounts; scrape, disrupt, or overload the Services; or misuse our content or equipment information. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms.

8. Community & your content

You’re responsible for content you post to the community. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and use that content in connection with operating and promoting the Services. Keep it respectful and on-topic; we may remove content or restrict accounts at our discretion.

9. Intellectual property

The Services and their content — including the Strong Angle method, assessments, courses, text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access the Services for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our content without permission.

10. Third-party services

The Services rely on and may link to third-party providers (including Stripe, GoHighLevel, Netlify, Anthropic, and YouTube). We’re not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Strong Angle, AI Enhanced Scaling LLC, Dr. Lyneil Mitchell, FyzioGym, and our respective owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Services or any physical activity or equipment. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Strong Angle and the parties listed above from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
